Ascending Mount Kenya through Sirimon route which is very scenic with lots of mountain vegetation and memorable mountain climbing experience. Day 1: Transfer to Serena Mountain Lodge
You will be picked at the airport, Jomo Kenyatta or Wilson, Train or Bus station in Nairobi. You will be picked by our staff / driver guide who will then transfer you to Serena Mountain Lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 1: Transfer to Serena Mountain Lodge
You will be picked at the airport, Jomo Kenyatta or Wilson, Train or Bus station in Nairobi. You will be picked by our staff / driver guide who will then transfer you to Serena Mountain Lodge for your overnight stay.
Day 2: Old Moses Camp
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the town of Naro Moru by your safari driver where you will be met by a local guide and be equipped with all mountain climbing paraphernalia .Mount Kenya scenery is simply breathtaking, from landscapes, alpine vegetation and dense forest, mineral springs as well endangered animal species. You will take the Sirimon route to Old Moses camp which is a well run mountain lodge with bespoke amenities.
Day 3: Old Moses Hut - Shimpton Camp
Ascend to Shimpton camp route after an early breakfast. You will be arriving late in the afternoon at Shimptn Camp where you will have a picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at Shimpton Camp.
Day 4: Shimpton Camp - Austrian hut
Today’s hike will be through Hausberg vallery to Two turns huts via western terminal to Austrian Hut with lunch en-route at Tereki valley. Dinner and overnight at the Austrian hut.
Day 5: Austrian hut - Hall Turn
You shall have an early climb to Point Lenana, the highest peak of mount Kenya. The climb will commence early in the morning, probably at 3am which will enable you to experience sunrise and descend for breakfast at 6:30 am. Thereafter you can spend the rest of the day exploring the Gorges valley. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 6: Hall turn - Meru Bandas
After breakfast descend to mount Kenya bandas via Vivian fall and Nithi fall. Afternoon lunch. Later in the evening have dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport, Jomo Kenyatta or Wilson / train or bus station in Nairobi.
